Lady Lisa

Lady Lisa is a voice of purpose, leadership, family and transformation. She is a dynamic leader whose journey weaves together corporate excellence, ministry impact, and community transformation. Before stepping into her role as Executive Director of Youth Empowered to Prosper (YEP) www.ye2p.org, Lisa built nearly two decades of success in the financial services industry. As an original citizen of Canada, she is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal, Canada with further credentials in International Business and Finance from New York University. Also, as a graduate of the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship’s Nonprofit Executive Program, Lisa combines sharp business acumen with deep compassion for people. She brings wisdom to women’s ministry, premarital and marriage counseling, and community collaboration—always with a heart that inspires growth and transformation.

Lisa excelled in Fortune 500 companies, real estate investing, and banking before embracing her higher calling: purpose-driven leadership. When Lisa met her husband, Bishop Craig Cobb, her life took a powerful turn toward kingdom service and community transformation. Today, she not only serves faithfully in multiple leadership roles at City of Faith Church, but also leads YEP with a passion to empower youth, strengthen families, and build bridges of collaboration across communities.

Her leadership has produced tangible impact: under her guidance, YEP was named Nonprofits First 2022 Nonprofit of the Year (small category), launched a pandemic food pantry that fed over 1,000 people weekly, and developed strategic partnerships to expand opportunities for the next generation. She is also the founder of the “A Whole New You” Women’s Conference, a movement equipping women to embrace healing, purpose, and leadership.

Fluent in French and seasoned by travels to five continents, Lisa carries a global perspective but remains rooted in family and faith. She treasures time with her husband and their four children, embodying balance, strength, and grace in every sphere of her life. Lisa Cobb is more than a speaker—she is a catalyst.
