Mission
Our mission is to build a thriving real estate ecosystem that not only develops affordable housing but also empowers individuals and families to achieve long-term financial independence. By combining strategic property development with education, resources, and wealth-building tools, we aim to transform communities and turn renters into owners; therefore, we will use housing and real estate as a foundation for generational wealth and lasting legacy. We aim to close the wealth gap and create creditworthy homeowners through education, equity-building, and responsible development.

Cityside Suites
120-unit Affordable Housing (Fort Pierce, FL)
To provide safe, sustainable, and affordable housing solutions to low-to-moderate-income families in Ft. Pierce, FL, ensuring access to quality living spaces while contributing to the community’s overall economic and social well-being. This project will have an array of resident services that will execute efficiency in helping the community move from “homelessness to home ownership and beyond”
Kids in the City Academy
This is a preschool “where children have a unique fingerprint as a catalyst for change.” We partner with families to provide an early childhood education program within a safe environment that promotes growth and development. Our mission is to educate, develop and care for children in a safe environment by charting a Christ-centered path to becoming future leaders.
City Farms
This is a farm designed to grow our own food. We are called to build the church to withstand the end-times like in the days of Noah (“But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be”—Matt. 24:37). Also, we are called to preserve Israel like Joseph did in the time of famine (Gen. 42—45). Part of the strategy of the antichrist in the end-times is to create a one world government in an attempt to control the earth and the people in it. Strategically, the World Economic Forum (WEF) and other entities are meeting to control the food supply in the earth. Whomever controls the food, controls the land. We must function under the Joseph anointing and store up food in the days of plenty before the famine comes to the land.

Our mission is simple: to make homeownership attainable, sustainable, and transformational. By revitalizing undervalued properties and offering them below market value, we empower first-time buyers to own safe, beautiful homes without the burden of inflated prices.
